Payment is Required on the Day of Treatment
Full payment is required at the conclusion of your appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds available. If you are unsure of the potential costs, please contact us prior to your appointment, and we will be happy to provide you with an estimate ahead of time.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, with no surcharge, at our clinic.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): If you wish to pay via EFT from your bank account, we ask that you complete the transfer as soon as possible on the day of your appointment. We will provide our bank info on the day.
Cheque/money transfer services: Please make all cheques out to HC Management Australia Pty Ltd. Note due to the required clearing time, your receipt will be emailed to you.
Health Fund Claims
We offer the convenience of instant health fund rebates through our HICAPS facility. To take advantage of this, you must bring your physical or digital health fund card to your appointment.
If You Forget Your Card: Should you not have your health fund card with you, you will be required to pay the account in full. We will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can use to claim your rebate directly from your health fund.
