Cancellations, rescheduled appointments and non-attendance

Our expertise and resources have been reserved just for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as you are able. To best utilise appointment times for all our patients, we require at least 24 hours’ (business day) notice if you are unable to attend. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a late cancellation fee of $50 or loss of your appointment holding fee.

Non-attendance of your appointment (including free consults as part of a package) will result in a charge of up to 50% of the service cost, or loss of your appointment holding fee. We may also request for upfront payment of any future treatment you may seek. Due to the nature of our service, we cannot accommodate late arrivals.

Please note: We are still human, our phones and email are monitored only during clinic operating hours, thus any messages outside these times will fall within the next notice period.

  • Tuesday  8.00 am to 4.00 pm
  • Wednesday  9.00 am to 7.00 pm
  • Thursday  9.00 am to 5.00 pm
  • Friday  8.00 am to 2.00 pm

We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

We will email and text the details of your upcoming appointment, with a confirmation text one day prior. We apologise if this may seem disruptive, but it helps manage our appointment availability and ensure that we can serve all our patients effectively.
